Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Refunds are only accepted for:
- Defective items
- Wrong item received

- Sale or discounted items
- Items damaged due to misuse
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or item issues:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition
- Customer covers shipping fees unless the mistake is from our side
Process
To request a refund or exchange:

- Provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos (if defective/wrong item)
Once approved:
- Return instructions will be sent
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
