Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Refunds are only accepted for:
    • Defective items
    • Wrong item received

❗ Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or item issues:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Customer covers shipping fees unless the mistake is from our side

Process

To request a refund or exchange:

  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos (if defective/wrong item)

Once approved:

  • Return instructions will be sent
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
